General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Junglinster Dental Center

1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between Junglinster Dental Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") and any person wishing to benefit from its services (hereinafter referred to as "the Patient"). They define the conditions for treatment, payment, cancellation of appointments and data protection.

Acceptance of an appointment or treatment at the Centre implies full acceptance of these GTC.

2. Services and rates
The Center offers a wide range of dental services, including orthodontics, pedodontics, implantology, periodontics, oral surgery and dentures.

Fees for medical and dental procedures are available on request from the Center's reception desk. Some treatments may be partially or fully covered by the Caisse Nationale de Santé (CNS) and/or by supplementary insurance.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Appointments can be made by telephone, online via Doctena or directly at the Center reception desk.
If you are unable to attend, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Any appointment not cancelled within this time limit may give rise to the invoicing of absence fees.
4. Payment terms and Immediate Direct Payment (IDP)
Center Médico-Dentaire Junglinster practices Direct Immediate Payment (DIP), a system that allows the patient to pay only the portion not covered by the CNS and/or complementary mutual insurance at the time of treatment.
This system simplifies the management of reimbursements and avoids the need for the patient to pay the full medical costs in advance.
To benefit from the PID, the Patient must present a valid CNS card and, where applicable, the documents required for coverage by his or her complementary health insurance.
In the absence of PID eligibility, payment for care must be made immediately after the consultation.
Accepted payment methods

Any delay in payment may result in the application of penalties in accordance with current regulations.

5. Responsibility and Commitment of the Centre
The Center is committed to providing quality care in accordance with current medical and dental standards.
Patients are informed of the benefits, risks and possible alternatives prior to any treatment.
The Center cannot be held responsible for the consequences of non-compliance with post-treatment recommendations or insufficient follow-up by the Patient.
6. Protection of Personal Data (RGPD)
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Center is committed to protecting Patients' personal data.

The information collected is used solely for care management and billing purposes.
Data will not be transferred or sold to third parties.
Patients have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by sending a written request to the Center.
